Leet Browser is a free private web browser for Windows and Android. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no telemetry. It blocks known trackers, opens sites over HTTPS first, hides cookie pop-ups, and keeps your bookmarks and settings on your own device. It has no server to send them to.

History, bookmarks, settings and your vault live on your own computer or phone. They are never sent to us, because there is nothing to send them to.
A made-up news page loads nine things. Turn the shield off to see what a page like this normally gets to learn about you. This runs in your browser and sends nothing.
Leet's real list holds about 3,600 known tracker and ad domains, and it also recognises new ones by how they look (made-up names, ad-style addresses). A real page can still load others that are neither on the list nor look like one.
These protections are on by default on both platforms. You do not have to find a settings page first.
Click the shield chip in the address bar. A card opens with the number of trackers blocked on this page and every host by name, with a count each. It says plainly that none of them got a connection, and the list stays on your computer. Switching protection off for a site is a separate, deliberate row at the bottom.
Known third-party trackers and ad hosts are refused and counted. So are hosts and addresses that only look like one (made-up names, beacon-style paths), so a new ad network does not need to be on a list first. Turn the shield off for one site if a page breaks.
Typed links, page links and redirects are tried over HTTPS first. A page with no secure version is plainly marked NOT SECURE. Windows also has an HTTPS-only mode, on by default, that never drops to http without your click.
All https traffic passes a small checkpoint on your own computer. Blocked hosts get no lookup and no connection. A tracker hiding behind a first-party name is caught too. Nothing is decrypted or stored.
Private tabs use a separate session with no folder on disk. When the last private tab closes, its cookies and site data are dropped. They are never saved in history or "reopen closed tab".
Consent pop-ups are tucked away and the page scrolls again. Leet never clicks Accept on your behalf.
Addresses that imitate another site with tricky letters get a LOOK-ALIKE? warning, checked on your device with no lookup service.
If a page tries to send you to another site without a tap, Leet holds it and asks: Stay here or Go anyway.
Pop-up ads, pages that jump to an ad site by themselves, fake “I’m not a robot” boxes and fake virus alerts are removed quietly, so you are not asked about each one. A real tap on a real link is never blocked.
Camera, microphone and location are asked for each site until you choose to remember the answer. Review or forget them in one place.
On a product page, press “Set price drop”, choose the price you want and how long to watch. Leet looks again while it is open and shows a card with what you save. Only products you choose are kept, on your computer.
The first button in the top bar opens your AIs, pinned sites, Leet Music, Reading list and Notes in the sidebar. Each site stays signed in on its own.
On Windows, an update must carry a signature that matches a key built into the app, and its size and SHA-256 must match, or it is thrown away. It installs when you restart or close the browser.
This is the whole list. If a connection is not in this table, Leet is not supposed to make it. The Verify page shows how to catch it if it does.

On Android, updates come from Google Play and the phone's web engine is updated by Google. We switched off the parts of Android's web engine that would otherwise report to Google by themselves: Safe Browsing lookups, usage and crash metrics, and form autofill uploads. On Windows, Chromium's own background services (sync, update, Safe Browsing, translation, pings, crash upload) are switched off at start, and a test in our build fails if a new network call appears in the wrong place.

The two apps follow one rule: the user comes first. They are built differently, so some things differ. Here they are.

With Leet Assistant. Leet Assistant is my separate offline assistant app. If you install both on one phone, the browser can hand it a ticket or bill after your tap, and the Assistant's vault can fill logins. They talk only to each other on the device. Windows can link to your phone's Assistant with a one-time QR code over your home network or Bluetooth, with a matching 6-digit confirmation on both screens. Neither app needs the other. Meet Leet Assistant.
Trust comes from honest limits. No browser can make you invisible, and this one says so. If you need anonymity, use Tor Browser. If you need the strongest fingerprinting resistance, use Mullvad Browser.
Leet Browser is made by one person, v3n0mt3ch, in Ayodhya, India. It is free. There is no paid tier, no ads, no affiliate deals, and nothing is sold, because nobody is paying for a server that could do it.

Yes. It has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising code, no accounts and no server of its own. The only thing it fetches by itself on Windows is a small signed update notice from GitHub, and that can be switched off in Settings. The Verify page shows how to check this yourself.
Not yet. The source code is private today, so it can't be audited line by line. We publish installer hashes, signed update details and a recipe for watching the browser's network connections, so the key claims can be checked from outside.
No, and it doesn't claim to be. Leet blocks known trackers, tries HTTPS first and keeps nothing on a server, but it doesn't hide your IP address and doesn't try to make all users look identical. Use Tor Browser for anonymity and Mullvad Browser for strong fingerprinting resistance. Leet is for people who want a calm, tracker-free everyday browser with nothing to configure.
The Windows version is built on Chromium through the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF 154), with Chromium's background services switched off. The Android version uses the system Android WebView, which Google updates through Google Play.
Windows 10 and 11 can install the beta today. Android is coming soon to Google Play. There is no macOS, Linux or iPhone version.
The installer is not code-signed yet, because a signing certificate is a paid yearly cost we haven't taken on. Windows SmartScreen therefore may show a warning. Check the file's SHA-256 against the one on the Verify page before you run it. If it matches, it is the file we published.
